Jean Pascal is the founder of the Domaine Jean Pascal & Fils. Today, it is Jean-Luc,
his son, who manages the estate. Yann, his grandson also works on the estate and
maybe one day, his great-grandson, the little Joseph, will take up the family tradition.
The Domaine, in the village of Puligny-Montrachet in very heart of the Côte de Beaune
wine-growing region of Burgundy, is now made up of 14 different appellations stretching
over 4 villages (Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay and Puligny-Montrachet). Overall
production is spilt into 75% of white wines and 25% of red wines.
